Lynch is currently the School Business Manager for the Norton Public Schools. Prior to that, he was the school business administrator for the Charms Collaborative in Stoughton and an Institutional Account Manager at RISO, Inc. Mr. Lynch earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire (Durham) and his Master in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State College.
