Meet Joann Green and Automatic Appliance Service Company:

My parents Joe and Rose Ferro started this business 55 years ago. My husband started in the business with my parents in 1985, I joined in in 1996 when my youngest went into kindergarten.We live and have raised our children in Framingham.
Our courteous , knowledgeable and factory trained staff is able to assist our customers in making the best appliance choices based on their expressed desires and or needs. We have our own staff on every delivery.
Our in house delivery and service staff are factory authorized and have passed extensive background, driving and drug tests. They are friendly professional and prompt. You will frequently find the owner making the deliveries himself.
We are part of a large buying group with a warehouse of over approximately 317,000 square feet of inventory making us able to offer competitive pricing along with superior customer service in all areas. We are a small business with a very small showroom, however we are able to thrive in this competitive market with competitive pricing and superior customer service before and after the sale.
