FRAMINGHAM, MA—This week's featured Framingham calendar event comes courtesy of the Massachusetts Jobs With Justice, which is hosting its first Solidarity Committee meeting of the month right in Framingham.
Talk about: Immigrant Rights: TPS, DACA, and more-Workers Rights: Raise Up Massachusetts, Upcoming Janus decision and plans for May 1st International Workers Rights Day-Public Education: Backpack Full of Cash screening, Fund our Schools campaign.

The meeting, which is open to everyone, takes place on Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 6-8 p.m. at the Framingham Public Library.

According to its Facebook description, Jobs with Justice is a coalition of labor and community organizations working together to build unity and support for the struggles of working people. Jobs with Justice is a campaign for workers’ rights. "Our mission is to defend working people’s standard of living, fight for job security, protect our right to organize and support contract campaigns and strikes. Jobs with Justice opposes racism, sexism, ageism and homophobia and will actively support struggles against any form of discrimination."
