Framingham Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Charges: Police

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A traffic stop by Framingham Police Housing Officer Jamie Lewis led to drug charges for a Framingham man, officials said.

The man, 57, faced a subsequent search warrant, executed at his home by the Community Impact Unit and K-9 Unit, in conjunction with the Housing Officer, which yielded additional amounts of a class B substance and shut down a sales and distribution operation, police said.

As a result of this investigation, the male has been charged with the following:

• Ch 90 s 24C Possession with Intent to Distribute in a Class B Substance (two counts)
• Ch 90 s 25 Failure to Stop for Police
• Ch 90 s 23 Operating with a Suspended License
