Framingham Voters Elect Hugo, Kelly and Smith

Framingham elected Beverly Hugo and Jim Kelly as School Committee member for the next 3 years.

Framingham Selectman Jason Smith was re-elected for a fourth term over challenger Jim Pillsbury, a Framingham Town Meeting member.

Voter turnout for the town election was pathetic at about 7 percent.

It was not the lowest turnout ever for a Town election, that was a couple of years ago at under 4 percent.
