Framingham's Carol Getchell Nature Trail Closed
The boardwalk and other sections of the Framingham nature trail need repairs, prompting officials to close it until further notice.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Carol Getchell Nature Trail is closed for repairs indefinitely, city officials announced.
The boardwalk along the trail "was not completely ADA compliant and as part of the renovations, the boardwalk will become ADA complaint," city officials said. Removal of the boardwalk is already underway.
Additional sections of the trail are currently considered "tripping hazards," and will also be repaired during the closure.
