FSU Student Recognized for Heroism on Marathon Monday
The 23-year-old tied his shirt around an injured stranger's leg.

Less than a minute after 23-year-old Framingham State University student Robert Wheeler finished running the Boston Marathon, the first bomb went off.
Wheeler, a senior, heard a woman yelling for help for her father, he told CBS Boston.
“I took off my shirt and wrapped it around his leg,” Wheeler told CBS, noting he drew on training that had earned him a first aid certificate.
