FRAMINGHAM, MA—Framingham's Memorial Day program kicks off promptly at 11 a.m. in Nevins Hall of the Memorial Building on Monday, May 28. The program includes the presentation of the Massachusetts Medal of Liberty to four Gold Star families. Guest speakers include Brigadier General Leonid Kondratiuk, Director of Militia and Historical Affairs. General Kondratiuk served primarily as a military historian while serving in the Army.
