Learn About Phase One, Economic Development Plan For Framingham
The study focuses on the Nobscot Market Study; the Southeast Framingham Market Study; and a fiscal analysis for Framingham as a whole.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—Phase One of the Economic Development Plan is coming to a close planners are excited to share the baseline information and associated findings of the project.
In order to provide this information to the public, the project team, which is comprised of RKG Associates, the Planning Board and the Planning & Community Development Department, is hosting an open house on Wednesday, Sept. 12, during two sessions.
The open house is hosted at the Main Library at 49 Lexington St., Framingham, in the Costin Room. Two sessions for the public are offered:

First Session: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Second Session: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

According to officials in an announcement, the open house focuses on three specific findings, which include the Nobscot Market Study; the Southeast Framingham Market Study; and a Fiscal Analysis for Framingham as a whole.
The project team needs public input to assist in shaping the future of Framingham.
"We encourage all interested parties seeking to learn about what l economic development opportunities exist," said the announcement, "including challenges to redevelopment, weaknesses and strengths of each area along with desired goals for the redevelopment of Framingham, focusing on Nobscot, and Southeast Framingham."
