LOG: Framingham Man Arrested at Shoppers World, Fight on Pine Street, Trespassing at Mulch Center, and 9 Crashes

Sunday, Aug. 30: 3 arrests and 9 crashes

12:07 a.m. Fight reported at 20 Pine Street. Framingham Police advised.

12:34 a.m. Group reported at 20 Pine Street. Framingham Police removed the group.

12:49 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 and Prospect Street. Two vehicles. Framingham Fire enroute. Unknown injuries. Both vehicles towed.

1 a.m. Group reported at 40 Concord Street. Framingham Police removed.

1:35 a.m. Police arrested at Bishop and Route 135 Ryan Fogarty, 26, of 1345 Old Worcester Road of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

2:14 a.m. Disturbance reported at 40 Prescott Street.

8:23 a.m. Motor vehicle reported stolen at 45 Sloane Drive.

9:26 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Claflin House, Taylor Street.

11:22 a.m. Shoplifter reported at Target, 400 Cochituate Road.

11:30 a.m. Police arrested at Target Thiago Teixeira, 29, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with larceny, more than $100, and giving false information to police officer.

11:59 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Hastings House, 115 Cochituate Road.

12:52 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 38 Waushakum Blvd

1:05 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Kohl’s, Shoppers World, 1 Worcester Rd. two vehicles, one 17 year old male complaining of shoulder pain, Framingham Fire en route.

1:51 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 38 Waushakum Blvd

2:33 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Routes 126 and 9. No injuries.

3:05 pm. Hit & run crash reported at 1450 Worcester Rd.

3:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Arlington and Irving streets. Report of two men out of cars and arguing.

3:57 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Burger King, Route 135. Framingham Fire transported one person.

7:21 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 626 Hollis Street.

7:50 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Samba West, 1583 Worcester Rd.

8:22 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 6 Ford Lane. Caller claims a Papa Gino’s delivery vehicle hit his vehicle and left scene.

9:28 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Shoppers World. No injuries.

9:28 p.m. Police arrested at shoppers world Arnoldo Gomes-Alvarado, 29, of 14 Greenview Street #7 in Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with no license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, state highway violation and possession of a class B drug.

9:42 p.m. Undesirable individual reported at the Venetian Towers, Nicholas Road. Framingham Police removed.

11:05 p.m. Suspicious person reported at CV’s Bark & Mulch, 494 Franklin Street.

11:05 p.m. Police arrested at CV’s Sam Hegger, 31, of 1142 Old Conn Path of Framingham. Charged with trespassing.

1:28 p.m. Medical assistance requested at SMOC Hosing, 11 Pratt Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.
