4:39 a.m. Attempted break in reported at the Deluxe Depot Diner, 417 Waverely Street.

8:10 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Mt Wayte Avenue and Union Avenue. Cruiser involved. Both vehicles towed.

8:17 a.m.Larceny reported at 16 Pershing Ave

10:45 a.m. Animal complaint at Cushing Memorial Park.

11:21 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at High and State streets. Unknown injuries.

12:01 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 19 Harrison Street. No injuries. Two vehicles.

12:33 p.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 35 Edith Road.

1:03 p.m. Unarmed robbery reported at CVS Pharmacy, 492 Concord Street.

1:22 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Routes 126 and 9. One driver has a back injury, male, age 33. Framingham Fire en route.

1:31 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 121 Worcester Rd.

2:41 p.m. Medical assistance requested at the Winthrop Hotel, 73 Hollis Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.

2:59 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln Street. Empty truck rolled into RP’s vehcile.

3:15 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at the Venetian Towers, Nicholas Road.

3:20 p.m. Parking problem reported at Hemenway Elementary School, 729 Water Street.

3:49 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell Road and Belknap Road. Two vehicles. Framingham Fire en route. Unknown injuries.

3:52 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Claflin House, Taylor Street. Framingham Fire transported one person.

4:11 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Mass Juvenile Courthouse, My Wayte Avenue.

5:33 p.m. Police arrested at 1583 Worcester Road Kevin M Larose, 36, of 19 Melrose Street of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspended.

5:40 p.m. Group reported on Franklin Street. Framingham Police had group removed.

5:41 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at South Street and Route 135. No injuries.

5:56 p.m. Bike theft reported at 4 Victor Road.

6:25 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 147 Bishop Drive.

8 p.m. Police arrested at the downtown common, 60 Concord Street Christopher Cederman, 45, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with trespassing.

8 p.m. Police arrested at the downtown Common, 60 Concord Street Robert J Tetreault, 51, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with trespassing.

8:25 p.m. Assault reported at Mass Bay Community College, 19 Flagg Drive.

9:46 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Waterview Terrace, 1500 Worcester Rd. Framingham Fire vehicle involved in crash. Unknown injuries.

10:03 p.m. Group reported at the MBTA Commuter Rail train station, 495 Waverely Street. Framingham Police removed the group.
