A Middlesex County grand jury indicted Santo Sanabria-Cross, 25, of Lynn, on charges of trafficking heroin over 18 grams, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (3 counts), possession of a Class E substance, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws (3 counts). He was arrested by Framingham Police in January 2015. When arrested, Framingham Police discovered 40 bags of heroin in his car. He was arrested after he made an illegal u-turn.
