Police: Framingham Man Tried To Lure Teen Girl Into Car
When arrested, Framingham Police discovered knives and duct tape inside the vehicle.

A Framingham teen girl, 13, was out walking her dog with her mother and another individual, when a Framingham man tried to get her to come to his vehicle, according to Framingham Police.
The Framingham man, 26, whistled to the girl to come to his car, but drove away when he saw the girl’s mother and friend.
Police later located the vehicle and found Diego R Araujo, 26 inside.

Police smelled alcohol and asked the Framingham man to perform field sobriety tests. He failed, according to police, and was arrested.
Araujo, who lives at 1 Universal Street in Framingham, was charged with child enticement and operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Inside the vehicle, police discovered three knives and a roll of clear duct tape.
Araujo was arraigned in Framingham District Court on Wednesday. He was released on $1,500 bail.
The arrest happened just before 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
The incident near Tedeschi’s at the intersection of Routes 126 and 135 in downtown Framingham.
