Protesters for Stricter Gun Legislation Take to Framingham Streets

Groups that formed after the shooting in Newtown protested a lack of gun control in Framingham Tuesday.

Holding signs that read "never forget Newtown" and "no gun is worth the life of a child," local residents protested a lack of congressional action on gun control regulation Tuesday.

After the shooting in Newtown, CT, Dhruba Sen founded Citizens for Sensible Gun Policy, a group that works to advocate for stricter gun control laws. Members of the group gathered at the protest to help raise support for gun control measures.

"We have been having an impact," Sen said. "More and more people have been volunteering."
