Rams Defeat Mount Ida Mustangs 3-0
The Framingham State girls volleyball team is now 8-1 on the season.

Newton – The Framingham State University volleyball team extended their current winning streak to four games with a 3-0 victory over Mount Ida College Thursday evening in non-conference action at the Mount Ida Athletic Center.
With the victory the Rams improve to 8-1 on the season, while the Mustangs are now 3-5 on the year.
The Rams were led by 10 kills on 20 attempts from junior Alycia Rackliffe.

Classmate Julia Wan filled the stat sheet with three kills, nine digs and four blocks, while senior Danielle Girard chipped in with five kills and 10 digs. Sophomore Vickie Anderson also recorded 10 digs, while Mackenzie Whalen recorded 13 assists, three aces and nine digs.
The Rams return to action on Saturday afternoon with a non-conference tri-match at Keene State. The Rams face a pair of Little East Conference members on Saturday opening the day at 2 p.m. against Rhode Island College and closing the day at 4 p.m. against the host Owls.
