RCN Provides Customers With 4 New Channels

RCN Boston, which has an office in Framingham and serves some Framingham customers, announced this week, the launch of four new channels to its digital cable lineup bringing the total number of digital channels to 340 for its customers. 

• One Caribbean TV, a channel that provides 24-hour news, weather, sports, business, travel and entertainment information
• SWRV, the first 24-hour, non-stop interactive music network from Music Choice that lets viewers take control by voting, rating, or commenting via text message or online
• Veria Living, a channel devoted to showcasing healthy lifestyle and wellness programming
• Shalom TV, America's Jewish television cable network that covers the panorama of Jewish life.

“RCN is constantly seeking to broaden our programming and services to respond to our customers’ needs,” said Jeff Carlson, Vice President and General Manager, RCN Boston in a press release.  “We are pleased to add new and interesting channels to our lineup of news, sports and entertainment offered by RCN.”

The new channel lineup additions for RCN customers:

• SWRV                                                    Channel 176 and 852
• Veria Living                                            Channel 226
• Shalom TV                                              Channel 269
