More than 60 vendors, a dozen-plus authors, and hundreds of shoppers made this event by the Framingham High School Foundation a success.

More than 60 vendors, a dozen-plus authors, scores of Flyer sports and club booths, and hundreds of shoppers made the 8th Annual Framingham High Marketplace a success yesterday afternoon.

Proceeds from the annual event, including the $4 admission, are used to support Framingham High students who participate in the arts and athletics.

The Class of 2016 was selling wreaths. The junior class ran a bake sale.

In the front gym, shoppers could find jewelry, scarves, wine-flavored jams, health & beauty products, candles, Pampered Chef, candles, and more.

Vendors SKM Jewelry and 4Seasons, both of Framingham, have participated in all 8 marketplaces for the Foundation.

The co-chairs for the event were Carol Phalen and Laurie Kimmelstiel. Other committee members included Wendy Chan, Marcy Rosch, Lana Lessem, Susan Petroni, Jill Cassidy, and Sue Hewlett.

The event could not have been as successful without the scores and scores of parent and students volunteers.
