11:30 a.m.: Protective custody. Jessica Couming-Appiah, 45, Beaver Street, Framingham, was arrested at Brookside apartments and placed in protective custody for alcohol
11:44 a.m.: Sex offender compliance check
Noon: Raymond Howland, 42, Danforth Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged at Hollis Street and Irving Street and charged on outside warrants
