Tough Week For Flyer Field Hockey
Two loses on the field, and two players knocked out of play by injuries for Framingham High, during back-to-back games at home.

The Framingham High field hockey team suffered multiple loses on the field this week in back-to-back home games.
On Wednesday, the Flyers lost 4-0 to the Rockets of Needham.

In the game Kate Kelly, one of Framingham’s best defenders, took a shot off the mouth. She required several stitches and missed Thursday’s game against Dedham.
Yesterday, the Flyers lost to Dedham and Framingham’s Bailey Horne was hit in the face by a shot. She may have broken her nose, and will miss at least the next game.

In the game against the Rockets, Needham goals were scored by Allie Brinkhaus, Caroline Walsh, Stephie Vallace & Lily Frascotti. Despite the shut out, Emma Lowry had a solid game in net for the Flyers.
The Framingham High field hockey team is now 1-3 on the season.
