FRAMINGHAM, MA - A water main break has been located on Potter Road on Tuesday afternoon.The Framingham Water Division says approximately 12 homes are without water at this time. The homes are on Potter Road between Elm Street and Upton Road. Officials say police details will be onsite to facilitate traffic in a one-way alternating traffic flow. Residents should expect delays if traveling in this area as the Water Division mobilizes to make the necessary repairs.
