Depot St. Bridge to be Fixed by Year End

Construction is scheduled to begin in September on the , the Town Administrator has announced.

The state Department of Transportation last year required the town to repair the sidewalk on the bridge for safety reasons. To comply with the state and accommodate citizens, the town sent out a survey to determine the most practical way to address the issue.

The project began in March and is scheduled to be completed in November. The project will include obtaining the needed permits, finalizing the design and awarding a contract for construction.
