Senior men's soccer goalkeeper William McNally of Grafton from Newbury College earned New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honors after registering back-to-back shutouts against conference foes Regis and Mitchell College to improve to 4-0 in conference action.
The senior helped the Nighthawks to a 2-1 week registering 20 saves while allowing just two goals for a goals-against average of 0.65.
McNally’s back-to-back shutouts against the Pride and Mariners was the first time since the fall of 2006 season the Nighthawks shut out opponents in back-to-back games.
