Donald E. Cummings, 66, of 5 Spanish River Rd., Grafton, was arrested on April 15 in Grafton and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation. Cummings admitted to sufficient facts and Judge Robert Gardner ordered him to pay $600 in fees and attend an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program for the OUI charge and Cummings was found not responsible for the marked lanes violation.
Mathew D. Cusella, 18, of 57 East St., North Grafton, was summonsed into court by Grafton police on Sept. 23 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was dismissed if court costs of $200 are paid by Oct. 28.
