Grafton Resident Awaits Immigration Charges

Gustavo Gonzalez-Lopez, 23, of 18 Carroll Rd., Grafton, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possessing a false or stolen Registry of Motor Vehicles signature and refusing to identify himself as the operator of a motor vehicle. The court issued a summons after Grafton Police filled out a criminal complaint on July 18. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed all charges as Gonzalez-Lopez is being held awaiting immigration charges.
