Grafton Residents Face the Judge

This week's district court logs are posted.

Editor's note: Grafton.Patch.com will run weekly logs from Westborough District Court. We will run cases that involve Grafton residents and those that took place in Grafton.

Jeronimo A. Ramos, 34, 165 Mendon Ave., Pawtucket, was arrested in Grafton July 5 by State Police. He was charged with OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Aug. 12.

Andrew J. Deal, 24, 126 Worcester St., Grafton, was arrested on June 10 in Shrewsbury and charged with OUI-liquor and speeding. Deal pleaded guilty and Virzi sentenced him to one year suspended probation and loss of license for 45 days. Deal was also ordered to attend a program and continue with after-care.

Joshua E. Swerling, 20, 48 North St., Grafton, was arrested on July 6 in Grafton on a lights violation and possession of liquor by a minor. Virzi continued the case to Aug. 11.

David Albro, 20, 24 Memorial Drive, Millbury, was arrested on July 6 by Grafton police and charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute, having a false RMV document and failure to wear a seatbelt. Virzi continued the case to Aug. 11.

Daniel T. Celluci, 60, 17 Salisbury St., Grafton, was arrested on June 15 by Westborough police and charged with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle. Charges dismissed by Judge Virzi.

Jose N. Reyes, 32, of 43 Assabet Drive, Grafton, was arrested June 9 by Northborough Police and charged with assault and battery. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Aug. 10.

Coryn Viera, 25, of 45 Providence Rd. Apt. 1, Grafton, was arrested May 5 in Grafton and charged with two counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Calagione found sufficient facts on the first charge and the case was continued without a finding to July 3, 2012, with the defendant placed on probation during the time, ordered to stay away from the victim and to pay $50 to the victim witness fund and a $65 monthly probation fee. The other two charges were dismissed.
