Grafton Residents Have Day in Court

Joseph P. Martin, 19, of 7 Follette St., South Grafton, was issued a criminal complaint on Dec. 22 in Grafton and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lane violation, leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case until July 29.

 Philip Castonguay, 30, of 105 Forest Ln., Apt. 1L, South Grafton, was issued a criminal complaint in Grafton on Dec. 21 and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Judge Virzi continued the case until Aug. 25.

Angela Couto, 42, 22 Glen St., North Grafton, was arrested on May 25 in Grafton and charged with assault and battery. Judge Gardner dismissed the charge.

Jesse J. Fleming, 22, 87 Keith Hill Rd, Grafton, was arrested in Grafton on July 12 and charged with delivering liquor to a person under 21 and keeping a noisy and disorderly house. Judge Gardner continued the case to Aug. 18.

Tiffany L. Peralta, 30, 101 Main St., Millbury, was charged by the State Police a was charged June 23 in Grafton with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Gardner dismissed the charge.
