Philip Castonguay, 31, of 105 Forest Lane, Apt. 1-L, South Grafton, was summonsed into court by Grafton police Dec. 21 on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Nov. 21.
