Monday Essentials: A Reminder That 'Minute By Minute' Starts Monday

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Grafton.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Grafton to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. 'Minute by Minute' starts Monday.

A reminder: "Grafton Minute by Minute," a monthly 30-minute program featuring Grafton community events, debuts on Grafton Community Television on Monday.

It will air on GCTV on this schedule this week: 1:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday; 8 p.m. Tuesday; 1 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

The show will air on Charter Communications Channel 11 and Verizon Cable Channel 34. 

GCTV Lead Access Assistant Bob DeToma will host the show, which will feature footage by Access Assistants Rick Schultze and Bill Robidoux.

2. Check out the roof work.

Work has begun on the Grafton Memorial Municipal Center roof replacement project. The town of Grafton Facebook page has photos.

3. The Grafton School Committee gets the teachers' contract on Monday night.

The board is scheduled to vote on ratifying the contract at 7:20 p.m. in the Grafton High School LGI Room.

4. Who will be the new interim school superintendent?

The school board also is expected to vote on the interim superintendent during that meeting.

5. Gardeners will dig this.

A gardener's roundtable will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Grafton Public Library's main reading room.
