Louise, Fritz, Clara, friends and parents enjoy the festivities but nothing is quite as special as the life-sized dolls brought by Godfather Drosselmeyer. The Nutcracker asks Clara to visit his home. They travel through a forest of dancing Snowflakes, across a lake of Lemonade, to the shores of a Kingdom of Sweets ruled by the Sugarplum Fairy and Prince Coqueluche. She is entertained by Chocolate, Coffee, Tea, Mirlitons, Peppermint, Ginger, the Dewdrop and her Flowers, Plum Pavlova, and the entire kingdom at the Sugar Plum Social. After all that sweetness, Clara is exhausted and thanks them, but falls fast asleep. She wakes up on her own sofa, with her nutcracker still in her arms, and discovers that the magical gift from Godfather Drosselmeyer was the dream she will never forget.
