Police Log: Arrest, Annoying Calls

Here are excerpts from the  log. Please note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests; other than that, we pick out incidents you might find interesting. 

On Sunday, July 17, police:

Responded to reports of a suspicious person at 1:24 a.m. on Collette Street.

Received complaint about annoying/disturbing phone calls at 8:48 a.m. on Main Street.

Made a motor vehicle stop at 8:53 a.m. that led to an arrest.

Gustavo Gonzalez-Lopez, 23, of 18 Carroll Road, North Grafton, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession false Registry of Motor Vehicles signature and refusing to identify himself to a police officer.

Responded to a brush fire at 11:28 a.m. on Potter Hill Road.

Responded to a family disturbance at 738 p.m. at Second Street.
