Grafton-Upton Railroad Looks for End to Lawsuit
The Grafton-Upton Railroads argue if they can't operate this month they will lose a year's worth of business.

Representatives of the Grafton-Upton Railroad are hoping to end the months-long legal process started by the town of Grafton in December.
According to the Worcester Telegram and Gazette , the railroad filed a request last week for a final ruling in the lawsuit that began over a building that would contain four 80,000 gallon propane tanks.
"The railroad is seeking the termination of the restraining order so it can accept delivery of the four tanks and finish work on the terminal," according to the Telegram article.
