On Saturday, State Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Route 9 East in Shrewsbury. This resulted in 11 arrests for OUI alcohol/drugs, State Police report.
State Police also issued three criminal summonses and 40 civil motor vehicle citations.

Motorists were arrested from a variety of communities, including Shrewsbury, Worcester, Chicopee, Boylston, Newton, Bellingham, Framingham and Brockton.
