This Week's Court Cases

Editor's note: Grafton.Patch.com will run weekly logs from Westborough District Court. We will run cases that involve Grafton residents and those that took place in Grafton. The log will run on Fridays.

Sabrina Hathaway, 19, of 244 West River Rd., Uxbridge, was arrested by State Police in Grafton on Sept. 25, 2008 on a charge of larceny under $250. Judge Robert Calagione placed the defendant on probation until Oct. 25.

Amy L. Turner, 31, of 78 Pilgrim Ave., Worcester, was arrested March 29 in Grafton on charges of operation a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, number plate violation to conceal identification and possession a used/false/stolen Registry of Motor Vehicles document. Continued to June 15.

Steven Chauvin, 19, of 84 Providence Road, Grafton, was arrested Dec. 15 in Grafton on charges of rape of a child with force, assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. Continued to June 1.

Jesse J. Fleming, 21, of 87 Keith Hill Road, Grafton, was arrested April 27 in Southboro on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Continued to June 16.
