It’s no Halloween prank: A winter storm watch has been issued by the National Weather Service.
Two to five inches of heavy, wet snow could fall from late Saturday into early Sunday.
With leaves still on the trees during this unusually early storm, branches could break and power outages are possible, the service reports.
