When Is a Horse a Moose?

That only happens at the Big Pumpkin Ride, when riders and horses don costumes.

Get out your costume and one for your horse. And get ready to ride in style.

The Grafton Land Trust will host The Big Pumpkin Ride Sunday, Oct. 9 on land trust properties.

Parking is available at 41 North Brigham Hill Road, North Grafton.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with the ride starting at 10 a.m.

Riders can traverse the lands and trails of the Grafton Land Trust, Department of Conservation and Recreation and private connections opened for this event.

Prizes will be award for the best human/equine costumes.

Cost is $25 for those 16 and older, $20 for Bay State Trail Riders Association and Grafton Land Trust members and $15 for those 15 and younger.
