Whitinsville Woman Charged With Selling Adderall: Federal Court
A Whitinsville woman allegedly conspired with others to sell the amphetamine.

WHITINSVILLE, MAβA Whitinsville woman was charged in with multiple drug offenses relating to a conspiracy to distribute the amphetamine Adderall.
Meghan Giacomuzzi, 36, was charged on Friday in federal court in Boston with one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute Adderall and six counts of distributing and dispensing Adderall.
According to court documents, Giacomuzzi between October 2016 and February 2018 worked with others to distribute the amphetamine for "uses other than legitimate medical purpose and not in the usual course of medical practice."

Giacomuzzi could face up to 20 years in prison, at least three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $1 million.
