 Timothy D. Porter, 23, 202 North Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court after Grafton police filled out a complaint on May 23 for an offense that occurred in Shrewsbury. Porter was charged with a suspended registration, speeding and failure to stop for police. Judge Vito Virzi fined Porter $300 for the speeding violation and $100 for failing to stop. Porter was also arrested March 22 by Shrewsbury police for OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and speeding. Judge Virzi, after Porter admitted to sufficient facts, sentenced Porter to one year probation, 45-day loss of license and was ordered to attend and complete a 24-day program.
Cheri L. Mcculley, 41, of 14 Ray St., North Grafton, was summonsed into court after Grafton police filled out a complaint on July 21 and was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Police reported Mcculley allegedly hit her boyfriend in the head with a glass candle. The case was continued until Nov. 2.
Cheri L. Mcculley, 41, of 14 Ray St., North Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police on March 8 and charged with OUI, second offense, a marked lanes violation and reckless endangerment of a child. The case was continued until Nov. 2.
