Marc A. Joseph, 23, of 6 Elliot St., Milton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 29 by State Police in Grafton on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal identification, operating with licensed revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding. Judge David Locke dismissed the first three charges, decriminalized the fourth charge, found him responsible and fined him $500 and found him responsible on the final charge and filed the case.
Jamie L. Robinson, 22, of 44 Second St., Apt. 3, Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 8 by Westborough police on a charge of a drug violation near a school/park. She gave someone a leafy substance, determined to be a drug, in a clear plastic bag, according to court document. This happened with 635 feet of a preschool on Grove Street in Westborough. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 9.

Joshua King, 28, of 540 Cooper Rd., Northbridge, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 2 by Grafton police and charged with failure to return leased personal property. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 11. He failed to return a wood chipper from Koopman’s in Grafton that is valued at $1,164. 15, according to police documents.
