Hamilton Selectmen to Discuss Special Town Meeting Date Change

The Hamilton Board of Selectmen will meet Monday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Room at Hamilton Town Hall.

Among the items on the board’s agenda is a discussion of dates for Hamilton’s upcoming Special Town Meeting, specifically a discussion about moving the meeting to Saturday, Nov. 7. Selectmen plan to take an appropriate action related to this topic.

In addition, selectmen will discuss the town’s three-year financial forecast and the implementation of the Hamilton Development Corporation Design Guidelines for Downtown.

Discussion of the turf field policy and preparation for a September presentation by the Gale Association will also take place.
