Hamilton-Wenham Schools Among Best in State, Nation
Niche.com has released its 2016 rankings of top schools and districts across the country. Where did Hamilton-Wenham rank?

Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District and its individual schools routinely make the various ”best of” lists when it comes to ranking schools, and this recent list is no different.
According to Niche.com, Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School is the 44th best public high school in Massachusetts and the 749th best public high school nationally among a pool of more than 23,000 ranked schools.
When it comes to the town’s elementary schools, Winthrop came in at 92nd and Buker and Cutler tied at 100th in the state. The top five elementary schools in the state are in Lexington, according to the rankings.

In terms of overall district rankings, Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District came in at No. 32. Lexington Public Schools claimed the top spot in the district rankings in the state.
To calculate the rankings, Niche.com considered “statistics, student and parent reviews and expert insights. Ranking factors include state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, student and parent reviews, and more.”
