Hamilton-Wenham Volleyball Notches Fourth Win in a Row

The team is now 4-1 on the season.

The Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School volleyball team has served and spiked its way to another match win.

The girls topped North Reading in straight sets Tuesday, 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Coach Jennifer Flynn reported that sophomore Katie Hankin served 21 times and scored four aces. Sophomore Cecily Szady added four aces on her 12 serves.

Sophomore Lauren Flynn earned 4.7 kills per set and another sophomore, Ali Kimball, added 2.3 kills per set. Junior Tori Vivenzio registered 19 sets.

The Generals next play Masconmet, Thursday, Sept. 17 at 5:30 p.m., with the junior varsity team hitting the floor at 4 p.m.
