Man Dies in Early Morning House Fire in Nearby Gloucester
The man is reported to have grown up in the home.

A man died Monday morning when his home on Hammond Street in Gloucester caught fire.
According to WHDH, the man, described as being in his 50s or early 60s, lived alone in the home; it was the home in which he grew up.
Firefighters arrived to find the second story of the home fully engulfed in flames, making it impossible for them to reach the victim, according to WHDH.
