Next Hearing on Cell Tower Coming Up

The third public hearing on the proposed cell tower is on Oct. 18.

HAMILTON, MA – A proposed cell phone tower will have its third public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 18. The application for the tower was submitted by Blue Sky Towers, and will be co-developed with Verizon.

Blue Sky Towers flew a red balloon over the proposed tower location at 434 Asbury St. last month to demonstrate the height of the tower.

According to a information from Town Manager Michael Lombardo, the proposed tower would improve service in West Hamilton and areas like Pingree School, Bradley Palmer State Park, and Asbury and Highland streets. The tower would have room for four additional providers.
