'Ted 2' Shooting to Start This Week in Hamilton
A portion of Appleton Farms in Hamilton will be used to shoot scenes in the upcoming movie "Ted 2."

Filming is expected to begin this week for “Ted 2” at Appleton Farms in Hamilton.
The filming will last about 10 days and will include star Mark Wahlberg, according to Peter Pinciaro, deputy director of the Northeast region for Trustees of the Reservations, which owns the 1,000 acre farm that sits in Hamilton and Ipswich.
The shooting will happen on a portion of the farm known as the “Great Pasture,” which is to the west of the railroad tracks that split the property, on the Hamilton side. Signs have gone up directing the cast up Highland Street to the set.
