UPDATE: Court Deadlines Set in Hingham Lawsuit Versus Aquarion
Hingham is trying to purchase the water company but disagrees with Aquarion over its value.

Discovery as part of the litigation between the Town of Hingham and Aquarion over the town's attempted purchase of the water company is set to finish by early January.
The Board of Selectmen presented the court deadlines – Jan. 2, 2014 for discovery and April 15, 2014 for disclosure of experts and the town's report – during a meeting last week, according to WATD.
Hingham officials have said the value of Aquarion, which serves Hingham, Hull, and North Cohasset, is around $60 million, while the company says it is closer to $185 million, according to the Boston Globe.
