First-Hand Account of Hingham Officer's Boston Marathon Experience

Hingham Police Officer Jeff Kilroy will be at the Hingham Senior Center Monday afternoon to provide a first-hand account of his experience responding to the Boston Marathon Bombings.

"We will also explore the Hingham Police Department's involvement in METRO LEC and how Hingham officers were called to assist with this large-scale event," according to the town calendar.

The event is being offered through the Hingham Senior Center's Lifelong Learning Program - Discovery. The cost is $5 and registration with payment can be made at the Hingham Senior Center on or after Sept. 9.
