Ford's illicit photography first came to light when management at the Derby Street Whole Foods called the law "to report a man had been taking 'upskirt' photos of women inside the store," the post said.

"The man was told to leave by an employee and left before police arrived," according to the post. "Detectives were able to identify the man and two adult victims."

Detectives worked with management from both the Whole Foods and the Derby Street Kohl’s and determined the "same man had allegedly taken 'upskirt' photos inside Kohl’s on August 14 and 17," police said. "On those two occasions, the victims were identified and were under 18 years old."

Police said they obtained warrants for Ford's arrest and took him into custody with the assistance of the Hanover Police Department.
