<a href="https://hingham.patch.com/listings/hingham-high-school-3">Hingham High School</a> will be opening its new athletic field this weekend to coincide with Homecoming.  The schedule Saturday is as follows: Field Hockey vs Pembroke - 9 a.m. Girls Soccer vs Plymouth South - 11 a.m. Boys Soccer vs Middleboro - 1 p.m.  Football vs Silver Lake - 3 p.m. At halftime of the football game, the school will recognize Teacher Appreciation Day, Athletic Director Margaret Conaty said in an email. Each senior football player will honor the teacher who has made an impact on his life. Also recognized will be Hingham Heroes, who are students, staff and parents who quietly make Hingham High a better place because of their passion for excellence, and the 2013 Spring State Champions – Baseball, Girls Track and Girls and Boys Crew Teams.
