As part of the guidelines, we are required to give public notice of the upcoming compliance checks. Compliance checks will be conducted by to ensure that liquor stores and liquor serving establishments are asking for identification, correctly reading the identification and not selling or serving to those under 21. These initiatives are being conducted through a grant received from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPPSS) to combat underage drinking.
