Hingham Restaurants to Participate in Taste of the South Shore

Several Hingham businesses will attend the South Shore YMCA fundraising event on March 28.

Eight Hingham businesses will be among the over 20 South Shore restaurants at Lombardo's, 6 Billings Street, Randolph, on Thursday, March 28, to benefit the South Shore YMCA's Send a Kid to Camp appeal.

The Hingham participants in the Taste of the South Shore will include: Alma Nove, Caffe Tosca, Fruit Center Marketplace, Scarlet Oak Tavern, Stars on Hingham Harbor, Greenside Grille and Tosca.

The Annual Taste of the South Shore will bring the best of the area's restaurants together to help the YMCA provide financial assistance for children to go to summer camps.

This year's event will also feature a beer and wine tasting, called Toast of the South Shore. Toast of the South Shore breweries and wineries include: Cisco Brewers, Hingham Beer Works, Naukabout Beer Company, Clown Shoes, Harpoon Brewery, Hint, Nantucket Vineyard and Still River Winery.

Tickets are $100 per person before March 14 and $125 per person regularly. To learn more or purchase tickets, visit ssymca.org.
